Environmental

• When considering Tevora’s physical footprint, leadership prioritizes office buildings with LEED® certifications and Designed to Earn the ENERGY STAR® wherever possible.
• We encourage recycling and discourage the use of single-use plastics in the office setting. 
• We intentionally minimize the negative environmental impact of our operations wherever possible.

Social

• We are deeply committed to contributing to the professional cybersecurity community through training and fostering diverse, new entrants into the field. This is accomplished through our thriving Consultant Development Program, which gives new cybersecurity professionals an important entry point into the field.
• We foster a culture of respect and inclusion regardless of background, encouraging diverse perspectives to be heard and accepted.
• We encourage development of the whole self, including personal and professional development opportunities for all employees.
• We support local nonprofits and charities, and encourage participation from our employees. 

Governance

• Tevora uses a combination of internal experts and neutral third parties to ensure our compliance with several national and international standards. Tevora is an Accredited A2LA, Certified ISO 27001 and 27017, and a 3PAO for FedRAMP.
• We hold our executive leadership team to the highest standards of ethics, encouraging a culture of integrity across the board.
• Our Audit and Risk Committee ensures the stability of our organization and analyzes the risk facing our organization on an ongoing basis.
• Our Chief Information Security Officer continuously ensures that Tevora holds itself to the highest standards of security and privacy, using best-in-class tools and technologies, and practices safe and secure operations at all times.

Through our ESG approach, Tevora aims to lead by example, fostering sustainable growth while remaining cognizant of our role in global challenges such as climate change, social inequality, and ethical governance. Through deliberate action, our goal is to not only meet today’s expectations but to exceed them.
